This website is designed to centralize your experience. Here you will have access to information as you need it as you progress through the program. You also have the ability to access a social network that links you to other individuals going through the program as well.

The Journal link in the menu will allow you to electronically report your journal pages daily. Clicking on this link will open up a reporting form in another tab. A copy of your responses will be emailed to you as those are completed each day. Your responses will also be delivered to the coaching staff so they can monitor your progress and reach out if they have any questions to help you maximize your results.

The Coaching section in the menu is broken out by week. At the end of each week, you are responsible for completing a brief homework assignment. Once you have completed the homework for the week, you will be able to access the coaching information for the next week. Please make sure that you complete your homework assignment each week from the same device to ensure you have access to all of the information that you need. This information is recorded based off cookies attached to this support site. If you clear your cookies or use a different device, you may lose access to some pages. You will need to resubmit your homework to regain access to these pages.

The Recipes section will give you access to our recipe resources. By hovering over “Recipes,” you can choose to view all recipes or can view a specific category.

The Contact section provides our client phone number, email address, and a map to our office. You can also submit a question to our coaching staff from this section.

The My Account section allows you access to our social network. Log in, make some friends, share recipes, and encourage each other!
