Chili Lime Pork Tenderloin
- 1 Pork Loin Filet
- Pink Salt
- Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 Medium Limes
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Liquid Aminos

Season pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and chili powder and place it in a container for marinading (like a large zip lock bag).

Add the juice from the limes, minced garlic, and liquid aminos.

Let marinate for at least an hour.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet or roasting pan and cook for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

Allow the tenderloin to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Slice the tenderloin and place extra in zip lock bags with pre-measured portions!
