Beef Chili

  • Lean Ground Beef (your serving size)
  • 8 oz Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 cloves Garlic (crushed and minced)
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • Oregano (to taste)
  • Pink Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  1. Brown beef in a small frying pan and add garlic.

  2. Stir in tomatoes, water, and spices.

  3. Simmer slowly until liquid is reduced.

  4. Add water as needed to prevent burning.
