Beefy Mushroom Poppers
- Lean Ground Beef (your serving size)
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Liquid Aminos
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Curry Powder

Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pulse mushrooms in a food processor, then transfer to a bowl.

Stir in Liquid Aminos, lemon juice, and spices.

Add beef to a bowl and combine all ingredients together with hands.

Scoop mixture out with a spoon for your specific serving size.
