Sweet and Spicy Buffalo Skillet

  • Ground Buffalo (your serving size)
  • 8 oz Brocolli
  • 1 Apple (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Red's Hot Sauce (add to taste)
  • 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Stevia (to taste)
  1. Brown buffalo with garlic in a skillet over med-high heat.

  2. Stir in chopped apples, cover, and cook about 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in broccoli, cover, and cook until soft. Stir occasionally.

  4. Stir in red pepper flakes, mustard, hot sauce, and Stevia.

  5. Transfer to a plate.

You can substitute another lean beef for buffalo.
