Flounder Mushroom Poppers
- Flounder (your serving size)
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- Pink Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook the fish in a skillet with water and cilantro.

Wash mushrooms and pat dry with a paper towel.

Shred the flounder and mushrooms in a food processor.

Add pink salt and pepper to taste.

Strain to get rid of excess water.

Form into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes.
