Cajun Scallops (Shrimp)

  • Scallops or Shrimp (your serving size)
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  1. Mix together lemon juice, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, garlic, pink salt, pepper, and scallops.

  2. Fill a non-stick frying pan with water, add scallops, and cover with a lid for 10 minutes.
