Shrimp Ceviche
- Shrimp (cooked and chilled – your serving size)
- 3 tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
- 8 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 8 oz Diced Cucumber
- 1 Clove Garlic (minced and chopped)
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- Hot Sauce (to taste)
- Pink Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)

Place shrimp in a bowl.

Add lemon, onion powder, garlic, and chopped cilantro.

Stir in tomatoes, cucumber, and hot sauce.

Chill and marinate the ingredients in the refrigerator.
