Really Easy Chowder

  • Frozen Cod Filet (your serving size)
  • 14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 12 oz Celery (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • Pink Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  1. Place celery, tomatoes, and spices in a medium-sized stockpot.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

  3. Add the frozen fish fillet.

  4. Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Cook until the mixture is heated through and the fish is opaque and flaky.

  6. Thin with water if necessary.
