Egg Rolls
- Cooked Shrimp or Chicken (your serving size)
- 2-3 Cabbage Leaves
- 4 oz Shredded Cabbage
- 4 drops Stevia
- 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp Asian Spices
Asian Spices
- 1/4 cup Onion Powder
- 1/4 cup Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes

Steam big cabbage leaves for 5 minutes.

Make room to steam shredded cabbage, and steam for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove shredded cabbage and place in mixing bowls.

Add chopped shrimp or chicken and spices.

Mix well and wrap in big cabbage leaves.
