Italian Chicken Asparagus
- Ground Chicken (your serving size)
- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce (no sugar or additives)
- 8 oz Asparagus
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- Pink Salt (to taste)

In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce and spices and simmer over medium heat.

Add ground chicken and cook until chicken is fully cooked.

Chop asparagus into bite-sized pieces and steam to your desired doneness.

Pour sauce over asparagus.

Sprinkle with pink salt.
