Reduce Smoothie Recipe

  • 1-2 cups Frozen Spinach
  • 3-5 Ice Cubes
  • 1 cup Plain Nonfat Kefir
  1. Put ice cubes in the blender.

  2. Add kefir.

  3. Add any special ingredients (ie Stevia, protein powder, spices, or fruit).

  4. Add frozen spinach.

  5. Blend ingredients to your desired consistency.

Smoothie Addition Ideas

 

Stevia:  Add 5-10 drops liquid Stevia (plain, chocolate, vanilla, or English toffee)

Protein Powder:  Add 1 scoop Sunwarrior Plant Protein (plain or chocolate)

Spices:  Add 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

Fruit:  Add 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, frozen cherries, or frozen blueberries
