Reduce Burger

  • Lean Ground Beef (your serving size)
  • 2 Romaine Lettuce Stalks
  • 4 Tomato Slices
  • 4 Baby Bella Mushrooms (diced)
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • Yellow Mustard (to taste)
  • Frank's Red Hot Sauce (to taste)
  1. Combine ground beef and spices, and shape into a hamburger patty.

  2. Cook the hamburger on the stovetop or grill to your desired doneness.

  3. Sauté diced mushrooms in water and add a pinch of pink salt.

  4. Layout Romain “buns” and add yellow mustard and frank’s red hot sauce.

  5. Lay the patty down and top with tomato slices and cooked mushrooms.
