Week One Coaching
What to Expect
During this week, you’ll start the reduce portion of the program. You can expect to see inflammation being flushed out of the body and to start healing of your gut. You should have increased energy levels. You’ll be establishing a routine for taking supplements as well as establishing mealtimes.
Make sure you are texting your weight to the office daily.

Tips
- Look at the recipes section of this website for meal planning ideas.
- Designate a day of the week to do meal prep so that you have meals on hand.
- Prepare proteins in bulk. You can portion them out based off your protein allotment. Put any portions that you’re not going to use in the next couple of days in the freezer so you can use them in upcoming weeks.
- Make sure you have a quick go to meal that requires minimal preparation in case you need to eat quickly.

When to Contact the Office
- Low energy
- Hunger outside of normal mealtimes
- You need help planning for an event or travel
- Changes in blood pressure or blood glucose levels (if you are monitoring)
