Beefy Mushroom Poppers

  • Lean Ground Beef (your serving size)
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Liquid Aminos
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Curry Powder
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Pulse mushrooms in a food processor, then transfer to a bowl.

  3. Stir in Liquid Aminos, lemon juice, and spices.

  4. Add beef to a bowl and combine all ingredients together with hands.

  5. Scoop mixture out with a spoon for your specific serving size.

  6. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
