Cajun Scallops (Shrimp)
- Scallops or Shrimp (your serving size)
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
- 1/2 cup Water

Mix together lemon juice, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, garlic, pink salt, pepper, and scallops.

Fill a non-stick frying pan with water, add scallops, and cover with a lid for 10 minutes.
