Cherry Spiced Chicken

  • Chicken Breast (your serving size)
  • 1/2 cup Cherries
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Water
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Place chicken on a baking sheet and lightly sprinkle 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon Spice Rub.

  4. Bake chicken for 20 minutes, slice and set on a plate.

  5. Heat water in a small skillet over medium heat.

  6. Add cherries and the remaining spice rub.

  7. Cook a few minutes until cherries have softened.

  8. Pour cherries over the sliced chicken.
