Chicken or Turkey Sausage
- 1 pound Ground Chicken or Turkey
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Pink Salt

Heat skillet to med-high heat.

Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Form patties to your serving size amount.

Cook until brown on both sides and cooked through.
