Beef Chili
- Lean Ground Beef (your serving size)
- 8 oz Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 cloves Garlic (crushed and minced)
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- Oregano (to taste)
- Pink Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)

Brown beef in a small frying pan and add garlic.

Stir in tomatoes, water, and spices.

Simmer slowly until liquid is reduced.

Add water as needed to prevent burning.
