- Cooked Chicken Breast (your serving size)
- 8 oz Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 Pear
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Cut lettuce and chicken into bite-sized pieces and place into a salad bowl.

Cut the pear into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon until coated, and add to bowl.
