Citrus Fish

  • Fish of Choice (your serving size)
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Zest (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • Pink Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Stevia (to taste)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix lemon juice, zest, spices, and stevia in a small bowl.

  3. Baste fish with the juice mixture and top with pink salt, pepper, and lemon slices.

  4. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Serve with lemon and top with parsley.
