Citrus Fish
- Fish of Choice (your serving size)
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Lemon Zest (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- Pink Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- Stevia (to taste)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix lemon juice, zest, spices, and stevia in a small bowl.

Baste fish with the juice mixture and top with pink salt, pepper, and lemon slices.

Wrap in aluminum foil and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with lemon and top with parsley.
