Crab Cucumber Sushi

  • Crab (your serving size)
  • 8 oz Cucumber
  • Bragg's Liquid Aminos (to taste)
  1. Cut the cucumber in half and remove seeds with a spoon.

  2. Slice the cucumber into 1/4 inch rounds.

  3. Combine crab with pink salt and pepper.

  4. Fill each cucumber slice with crab mixture.

  5. Dip in Liquid Aminos, if desired.
