Crispy Citrus Mahi Mahi Salad

  • Mahi Mahi (your serving size)
  • 8 oz Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 Orange
  • 1-2 tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • Homemade Old Bay Seasoning (to taste)
  1. Cover Mahi Mahi with old bay and Liquid Aminos in Tupperware and marinate overnight.

  2. Steam fish until cooked through.

  3. Peel and section orange into bite-sized chunks.

  4. Cut up lettuce.

  5. Toss orange and lettuce together.

  6. Flake fish into pieces on top of lettuce and orange.
