Egg Rolls

  • Cooked Shrimp or Chicken (your serving size)
  • 2-3 Cabbage Leaves
  • 4 oz Shredded Cabbage
  • 4 drops Stevia
  • 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Asian Spices

Asian Spices

  • 1/4 cup Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  1. Steam big cabbage leaves for 5 minutes.

  2. Make room to steam shredded cabbage, and steam for an additional 5 minutes.

  3. Remove shredded cabbage and place in mixing bowls.

  4. Add chopped shrimp or chicken and spices.

  5. Mix well and wrap in big cabbage leaves.
