Flounder Mushroom Poppers

  • Flounder (your serving size)
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro
  • Pink Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cook the fish in a skillet with water and cilantro.

  3. Wash mushrooms and pat dry with a paper towel.

  4. Shred the flounder and mushrooms in a food processor.

  5. Add pink salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Strain to get rid of excess water.

  7. Form into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  8. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes.
