Honey Mustard Chicken Stuffed Mushrooms
- Baked Chicken (your serving size)
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 6 drops Stevia
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Minced Onion Flake

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove and pulse mushroom stems in a food processor.

Dice the cooked chicken.

Add chicken, onion powder, mustard, Stevia, Italian seasoning and onion flakes to the food processor.

Fill mushroom caps with the chicken mixture.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until juicy.
