Honey Mustard Chicken Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Baked Chicken (your serving size)
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 6 drops Stevia
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Onion Flake
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Remove and pulse mushroom stems in a food processor.

  4. Dice the cooked chicken.

  5. Add chicken, onion powder, mustard, Stevia, Italian seasoning and onion flakes to the food processor.

  6. Fill mushroom caps with the chicken mixture.

  7. Bake 10-12 minutes or until juicy.
