Italian Chicken Asparagus

  • Ground Chicken (your serving size)
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce (no sugar or additives)
  • 8 oz Asparagus
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • Pink Salt (to taste)
  1. In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce and spices and simmer over medium heat.

  2. Add ground chicken and cook until chicken is fully cooked.

  3. Chop asparagus into bite-sized pieces and steam to your desired doneness.

  4. Pour sauce over asparagus.

  5. Sprinkle with pink salt.
