Kickin' Cowboy Bison Stew
- Bison Steak (your serving size)
- 14.5 oz Canned Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Tomato Paste
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Pink Salt
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cloves

Cut bison steak into bite-sized pieces.

Brown bison pieces in a large saucepan over med-high heat until brown on all sides.

Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, spices, and water.

Allow to simmer about 10 minutes, or until the desired temperature is reached.
