Kickin' Cowboy Bison Stew

  • Bison Steak (your serving size)
  • 14.5 oz Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1-1/2 to 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Pink Salt
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  1. Cut bison steak into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Brown bison pieces in a large saucepan over med-high heat until brown on all sides.

  3. Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, spices, and water.

  4. Allow to simmer about 10 minutes, or until the desired temperature is reached.
