Lemon Garlic Cod

  • Cod (your serving size)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and place the fish filets on a foil-lined broil pan.

  2. Spread garlic on and around fish, squeeze the lemon, and sprinkle seasonings on top.

  3. Cover with foil and crimp edges to form a seal.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
