Lemon Zest Crab Cake
- Crab (your serving size)
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Lemon Wedges

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients, except lemon wedges, in a large bowl.

Form 2 patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake 15 minutes and top with juice from lemon wedges.
