Lemon Zest Crab Cake

  • Crab (your serving size)
  • 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Lemon Wedges
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients, except lemon wedges, in a large bowl.

  3. Form 2 patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake 15 minutes and top with juice from lemon wedges.
