Mock Tuna Melt

  • Albacore Tuna (your serving size)
  • 1 tbsp Yellow or Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Large Portobello Mushroom Caps
  1. Preheat the oven to broil.

  2. Mix tuna, mustard, onion powder, and vinegar together in a bowl.

  3. Scoop ½ of the mixture into each mushroom cap.

  4. Place the stuffed mushroom caps on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  5. Broil until the top is browned.
