Really Easy Chowder
- Frozen Cod Filet (your serving size)
- 14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 12 oz Celery (chopped)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil
- Pink Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)

Place celery, tomatoes, and spices in a medium-sized stockpot.

Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add the frozen fish fillet.

Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Cook until the mixture is heated through and the fish is opaque and flaky.

Thin with water if necessary.
