Reduce Burger
- Lean Ground Beef (your serving size)
- 2 Romaine Lettuce Stalks
- 4 Tomato Slices
- 4 Baby Bella Mushrooms (diced)
- 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- Yellow Mustard (to taste)
- Frank's Red Hot Sauce (to taste)

Combine ground beef and spices, and shape into a hamburger patty.

Cook the hamburger on the stovetop or grill to your desired doneness.

Sauté diced mushrooms in water and add a pinch of pink salt.

Layout Romain “buns” and add yellow mustard and frank’s red hot sauce.

Lay the patty down and top with tomato slices and cooked mushrooms.
