Spinach Pesto
- 5 oz Spinach
- 1 cup Chopped Basil
- 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1-1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Lemon ((juiced))
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/8 tsp Pink Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Combine ACV, Lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt & pepper in bowl and set aside.

Pulse spinach and basil in a food processor, then slowly add liquid while the processor is on.

Stop and scrape edges, and pulse until there is a paste-like texture.
