Spinach Pesto

  • 5 oz Spinach
  • 1 cup Chopped Basil
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Lemon ((juiced))
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  1. Combine ACV, Lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt & pepper in bowl and set aside.

  2. Pulse spinach and basil in a food processor, then slowly add liquid while the processor is on.

  3. Stop and scrape edges, and pulse until there is a paste-like texture.
