Sweet and Spicy Buffalo Skillet
- Ground Buffalo (your serving size)
- 8 oz Brocolli
- 1 Apple (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp Red's Hot Sauce (add to taste)
- 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Stevia (to taste)

Brown buffalo with garlic in a skillet over med-high heat.

Stir in chopped apples, cover, and cook about 2 minutes.

Stir in broccoli, cover, and cook until soft. Stir occasionally.

Stir in red pepper flakes, mustard, hot sauce, and Stevia.

Transfer to a plate.
You can substitute another lean beef for buffalo.
