Thanksgiving Turkey Salad

  • Cooked Turkey Breast (your serving size)
  • 8 oz Celery
  • 2 tbsp Dijon
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Sage
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pink Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  1. Place 3oz of celery in food processor and pulse, cut remaining celery into strips and set aside.

  2. Add chicken and mustard into the food processor until fully combined.

  3. Add spices and pulse until combined.

  4. Transfer to a bowl.

  5. Use remaining celery to eat salad.
